Statement from the studio

Since the passing of my wife in February 2021, I have embarked on a development of my art which involves both painting and sculptural 3d effects within the piece. I do this using a mixture of natural materials, wood, cloth, rope, netting, etc,  mixed media and my own composite.

As I have also just celebrated my 94th year, it seems to be a good excuse for something different and experimental in my work.
